Was at this location for the first time today. I’m from Carlisle and my daughter is in the nic-u in Harrisburg. On our way to the hospital today, I decided to call to the store to inquire about a bourbon I’ve been looking for. The young man I spoke to who told me they had what I was looking for was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. He was a million times more helpful than the people at the Carlisle store. I didn’t catch his name.. but the young man impressed me!

Went in clueless and asked Miss Raph for some help. I'm making a pasta and needed a wine to pair.
Miss Raph was very knowledgeable and not offended when i initially said "don't know if you'll know this answer...". She comforted me by smiling and asked if protein was involved in the meal. She not only chose a wine, she explained why she chose it. It was budget friendly and she personally had tried it and enjoyed it;Encouraged me to chill it as well. The check out employee reinforced the bottle was a great choice.

Like most state stores, they are arranged according to liquor types. This state store is particularly clean and neat. All liquors ate stocked and to the front of the shelf. The staff are friendly and cordial, offering assistance in locating your desired purchase. Would highly recommend this location as it never seems crowded.

This location is convenient because it's right next to Giant Food Stores. Just as an FYI to any future customer... if you can call ahead to verify if a specific product is available before you visit- please do that! Too many times, most recently, they are out of stock of popular items, have no idea when they should have it back in stock, and have no general knowledge of where certain items are in the store.

Call ahead if you can. Save yourself the unnecessary trip.

Always clean with a wide selection and a friendly and helpful staff. Not super expensive so long as you aren't looking for top-shelf sort of drinks, and even then not as bad as some places may be price wise. I have never had a bad experience here and hope this pattern continues in the future.
