My sister's obituary services were the subject of my initial phone call, and Firefly Multimedia made the entire process easy. Despite the fact that my sister's service was just a day away, we were pressed for time. She launched herself into action. She assisted us as much as she could and was very kind, and caring, even editing and revising our previous mistakes that we were unaware of. We felt confident in our decision to select the most qualified candidate for the job because of her professionalism and kind, inviting demeanor. She somehow captured every idea running through our minds and turned them into a stunning composition that was the ideal remembrance of my sister. She brought me from a completely confused state to one of calm and contentment for which we will never be able to express our gratitude. I will always be appreciative.

Our referrals came with a high recommendation for Firefly Multimedia. The person who handled our Celebration of Life Program was Shalisha, who was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided a wide selection of examples depicting varying layouts, colors, and designs, and offered multiple options for paper stock. Once designing started she was both patient and accommodating. We received the proofs in a timely manor and were able to submit changes and receive updated proofs before the final print. The finished programs were perfectly designed with the exact hues of color and blending that we requested. The quality was superb. This is a company whose reputation for outstanding workmanship is exhibited in the final product. I would recommend Firefly Multimedia to anyone looking for quality artwork and design.

Above and Beyond! Our family used Firefly Multimedia for my grandmother's homegoing service and to say that everyone loved and was so pleased with how the programs turned out, would be an understatement. I personally was the contact person for my family and communicated with Shalisha throughout the entire process of getting the program done. She not only made sure she customized everything to our liking but she also showed compassion and empathy for our loss.
