I knew there was a reason why I didn't come here and this was it. $12 for just a burger? It's ridiculous to think that this chain is making any money these days. The restaurant had two people in it and I was one of them. The burger was slipping and sliding all over because they decided to be half of the fixings underneath the meat and the other half on top. It doesn't work. Overall, the taste was good but not worth $12. I can make a better burger than that. Luckily I used a gift card, so once I'm done with it, I'm never going back.

6/25/24 - Josh & Nate helped us today at 1 pm, but they were amazing. They were incredibly kind and provided exceptional customer service. The food was remarkably good as always.

Burgers are the best. But I always feel ripped off like the price is just a little to much but I’m willing to pay it on occasion.
Unfortunately today was one of those occasions. It’s 8:36 on a Friday night and the place is completely shut down. No bueno! Every other restaurant in the area is open and busy.

So its a year later. Lets see how they have improved. I picked up food at 9:30 so at least they were open during posted business hours. But thats all I can say. I spent almost $20 on two cheeseburgers and you can see what I got. Most pathetic, broken sloppy mess possible. $10 a piece for those? Best burgers in the world?

There is so much to love at Five Guys- the burgers are juicy and delicious, chili cheese hot dogs are fire, the fries are so fresh and yummy, AND my favorite, the FREE peanuts! It is on the pricey side and everything is à la carte so by the time you get a cheese burger, fries and a drink you’re well over $20, so take full advantage of the free peanuts.

Great service and some of the best burgers you can find in the world!

Highly customizable and absolutely juicy and Delicious, these burgers must be tried. The staff is always friendly and it's amazing to watch how fast they move behind the counter.

The french fries come in huge overflowing cups that will allow you to have way more fries then you plan on based on the cup size. There is often a ton of overflow fries that are poured into the bag, it is awesome.

Outstanding Food! Great Service! Really Nice Atmosphere! PRICES are out of control No way you can take a family of four there without putting a second mortgage on the house. Let's face it, this is a burger joint. Maybe middle America is not your target market. Your prices are a crystal clear in invitation to STAY AWAY! You should hang a sign on the door that says: BEWARE: GREAT FOOD, SERVICE, AND ATMOSPHERE, HOWEVER YOU VOLUNTARILY SETTING YOURSELF UP TO BE ROBBED!...And Have a Nice Day!

I purposefully avoid Five Guys if I can because it’s overly priced. I can go to In N Out literally across the street and get a burger, fries, and drink for about $9. I come here and it’s the price of a steak meal about $20. It’s good but not $20 good. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves! Had cereal for dinner instead of this. The frustrating part is that I spent $63 here and was told even though I have the exact time, order number and an Apple Pay receipt that I cannot get refunded without a “paper receipt!” Hey Five Guys, not many people keep paper receipts these days. I just want my $63 back.
