I've ordered here in the past, a number of years ago, both service and product were great. I cannot recall the name of the lady that I worked with, but she was fantastic.

Fast-forward to today. I ordered the SAME EXACT THING sizewise yet with different logos, updated logos. The communication was poor with Hervy, I had to handhold him the entire time, missed one event because it ultimately took them a month to get one close to being correct.

The first one was the wrong size!
The second one was the wrong size! Mind you, they had the sizes from my original four orders.

The third one was sized properly but the logo on the front of the table drape was 2" off center, which is a lot for a full-width logo whereby you can tell simply by looking at it.

Either way, was going to see if they could manage one more because I'm in a time-pinch now, as a result of THEM screwing things up repeatedly, ... and still providing sloppy work, but they didn't even get back to me. No worries, on to a competitor.

Not sure what happened to the original lady that I worked with, but dang, maybe everyone's stoned there or something, but I have no idea how anyone makes those mistakes repeatedly.

Sometimes business relationships simply come to an end. This is one of those times.

I needed two table throws for my sales exhibit, actually needed to replace two that were not anywhere near the quality promised from another vendor. FLS was great to deal with, worked through a couple of design iterations, and the whole process was easy. Great service and product! While ordering a table runner for my company, there was a lot of confusion on my end about file types and sizes but Josh was very gracious and helpful from start to finish. We just received the runner it looks better than anticipated! The colors are wonderful and the customer service made the experience a very positive one. Highly recommend this company.
