Where to even start!! Flynn audio has been my first ever experience with getting anything aftermarket. I have always wanted to update my radio but didn’t know where to start. I googled the best reviewed place and Flynn Audio was the first to come up! And let me tell you they do not disappoint. I have a 2019 4Runner TRD PRO that desperately needed an upgrade. When I went to Flynn audio first thing I loved was that Sam did not try to sell me on the most expensive product. Second he answered my millions of questions that I had and was extremely knowledgeable on all the products he had which helped narrow down the best radio for my needs and also future proofed it. A week later today I went to drop off my vehicle at 12 o’clock and got a call at 3 PM that it was already to go! Once I got there Sam took the time to walk me through all the features the radio had to offer and again answered my millions of questions! thank you Sam and your team you guys did an awesome job! Just got My car back and all i got to say is they really did an awesome job with the installation. They went over and beyond of what my expectation was for what i assume was just "a simple audio upgrade". Great customer service. Even stayed a bit pass closing time to finish the job, really shows how much they care to finish the job. Would recommend to anyone who wants an upgrade. I would come back again for sure in the future.

After having read the negative reviews complaining about high pricing, you get what you pay for here. Not only did they do an amazing and thorough job with my sub and amp installation, they went through and redid poor wiring done by another shop for part installations Flynn does not even offer. Provided an amazing customer service experience through the entire ordeal, keeping me informed and answering all questions with professional and knowledgable demeanor. After having dealt with many “cheaper” shops before finding Flynn Audio, I’d rate 6/5 if I could for the breath of relief offered here.
