This business/owner is very rude when it comes to communication. Had to follow up with her multiple times to get a refund after the event was cancelled. In the photography business, there are so many available options, I would seek one with much better customer service.

Gwen did our wedding she put alot of time and effort to make our day special. She went on and above to get the right pics and poses. We had everyone in the pics that we wanted. She was great to work with. Will have her do more family photos.

What a great job Gwen did for us at our wedding! The photo booth was so much fun and we loved how we got to see everyone as they took photos. It was a unique and different photo booth, we would definitely recommend it for any event!

Absolutely horrible experience with Gwen and Forever Memories Photography! Upon our frist meeting she showed me a lot of very nice wedding photos, I trusted her work and judgment. The day of my wedding she was exremely unprepared I filled out an extensive list of photos I wanted taken she did not bring the list which she was the only one with a copy of. Heritage Hill was our ceremony site getting married in the church in winter. Heritage Hill staff had to REPEATEDLY ask her to stop standing on the historical pews especially with wet shoes, she ignored tbese requests and continued to be disrespectful in front of my guests. She used the flash on every single photograph causing flash burn and melting the colors together. She didn't have our wedding party line up straight or nice. We only have one picture of our wedding party in the church one bridesmaid has the candler on her head and a groomsmen barely in the photo she took them so crooked they are not fixable. She also used the flash on every photo causing my husbands glasses to reflect that as well as change colors ruining many photos. I wish I never spent the hundreds she was not pleasent to work with and honeslty embarrassing to have at my Wedding with my guests concerned about the quality and outcome of my photos. I hired a videographer who thankful got a few shots because the photos I received from Gwen and Forever Memories are complete junk. This was very heart breaking and she even acknowledged she didn't properly take the photos. I had paid for an additional photo shoot which after seeing the quality of her work I requested a refund. She promised this refund in full. I received a check for less than promised as she then sent a bill of sale that she changed the prices on and illegally charged me tax saying my refund would be less. I never received any prints making it illegal to charge tax on a service. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND WEDDING DAY!!! Do not hire this woman I spent many hours crying because my wedding can not be redone and she lied about her experience and professionalism.
