Loved the shirts coming into the store! LoL It is a cramped store and sells mostly stuff we don't need, no offense. My daughter really wanted an airbrushed shirt. She really loves it. Thank ya'll.

Terrible!!
Ordered 2 shirts and paid over $60. The first time they didn’t put the wording on the shirts like we requested. They willingly said they would make it right so we gave it another shot. Got the new shirts and realized that they had only painted over the mistakes. You could see the mistakes under the new paint. Took them back for a third try and they spelled my youngest son’s name wrong and gave my oldest son the wrong size!! Luckily we noticed that the youngest’s name was spelled wrong before we left! We asked for a refund but were told they “couldn’t do that” . ( We had paid with cash less than 2 hours prior to this.)
They remade his shirt correctly but my oldest son’s shirt was the wrong size and the art work was awful compared to the display and even the first 2 attempts.
I do not recommend this place at all!!!
My 14 year old is very disappointed!!

1st pictures of each shirt are where they “tried” to fix the mistakes. 2nd pictures are the final results. Notice the quality of the second Alabama shirt is not the quality of the first by far!!

Joel done absolutely amazing! This shirt is perfect for my baby’s babysitter! We talked the whole time he painted and I enjoyed making a new friend! ♥️ I 10/10 recommend that you ask for Joel and have him do your order! He was absolutely amazing!!

Do not come here for henna. It was the cheapest work I’ve ever seen. Three of us went in to get henna and the “artist” got mad when we didn’t all get the same design. I decided to get a simple cross and he couldn’t get the lines straight. And yes, he was tracing it. One of my friends’ faded after about an hour. It looked like cheap puff paint from the dollar store.
On another note, the store is super cramped and you can not walk around when there are others in there. The souvenirs were extremely overpriced and not quality materials.

A nice little shop. But it seems a little too cramped. It has a lot of t shirts. It was fun walking around. But it was hot inside and a little too tight with other people around. So we went on our way.

Came in on a Monday morning for five airbrushed shirts. The shop was empty so we were able to spend some time discussing what we wanted with the artist. He suggested several times that we add “Orange Beach” to the shirts, which we didn’t want, and specifically told him this no less than three times. We also asked if the design we requested off the wall could be done without the boat that was shown. We were told “no problem”. He took notes on sizes and the design and said it would take about an hour. We paid $220+ for five shirts and went to grab some food while we waited. When we returned over an hour later, he said our shirts were done, and all five of them included both “Orange Beach” and the boat we asked to be omitted. We were on a time crunch and didn’t have time to wait for them to be redone, so we asked for a refund and were continually denied, and then handed a phone with no explanation. The artist had called the shop owner to discuss with us, who wanted us to wait another 15-20 minutes for him to arrive and another hour to
redo the shirts. We told him again we didn’t have time, to which he replied it was now our fault for not being able to wait for him to arrive to attempt to resolve the situation. He also reiterated that they do not give refunds. We left with no merchandise and will dispute the charge with the bank to recoup the funds spent. For a shop that specializes in custom work, if you think it’s okay to not offer refunds, you should employ people capable of following very simple instructions on the design. The second star is just for the wide selection of available designs, but unless you are going to stick around while they do the work, I would caution against deviating from the preselected designs.

And then they managed to lose the second star by this response below. Avoid this business altogether.

Please be careful! We paid for our hats and then told the hats would not be ready until the end of the day! Once we realized that we wouldn't be getting them quicker we asked for a refund they refused even though they had not even started making them ! Girl at the counter was very rude from the start of the interaction.

This place rocks. Came in with some friends to get some shirts made to go along with an inside joke of ours and they came out even better than we could have ever imagined. All the staff was super friendly and we were in and out quickly despite them being busy. Prices are reasonable especially for the quality of what you get. They also offer free-handed custom designs which is awesome.
