Had service for 7 years with them. I've had many issues over those years including paying $70 for 12mbps. Called to cancel after i found out I could pay $70 for 150mbps, and was told I would have to pay for a full month of service plus $10 cancelation fee. They screw their customers over, take full advantage of it. And constantly of internet outages. They never resolve problems when a ticket is placed.

I had service for 3 years with them, but when I moved it all went south. The interent would not work at my new address so I canceled. They did not cancel my account correctly, so I got charged for an extra month. When I called to have it resolved, they "said" they did it and even took notes for my account. Three months later and I have credit collections calling me about the unpaid month- AFTER several phone calls to have this issue resolved already!! Would NEVER reccomend this company to ANYONE.

First of all, their customer service is terrible! I had an installation date of 1/11/18, waited for the technician to show up. When they hadn’t, I called and was informed there was an error in the work order and it was never sent to the technician! They offered a credit on my first bill, it wasn’t on it, I had to call to get it. I wanted internet that would allow the use of multiple devices at a time, what I got handles a single device...purchased a multiple device plan. If I could rate this company a zero star I would! Not recommended for use by anyone!!! I’m actively looking for an alternative source for internet service.

Frontier Communications Customer Servi ce is an absolute disaster. If you need to contact customer service you will NOT be happy or satisfied. On the other hand the service technicians in our area are AWESOME! Great techs that show up at your house and answer all your questions. Extremely frustrated with Frontier Customer Service....DO NOT waste your time with this company.

This company is a joke. Ive gone weeks without service, had them disconnect me for no reason, and when it is working its spotty at best. It is really sad that Frontier is alot of people's only option. With the way their service works, id say they are breaking some consumer protection laws somewhere. You should be ashamed of yourselves frontier.

Terrible internet speeds. Not reliable. Will get maybe half the speed you're paying for. If you have ANY other internet provider option then go with them. We have no other choice so unfortunately we're stuck.

Internet is ridiculously slow tried to fix multiple times never answered the phone when called save your marriage go to a different company.
