Simple and delicious indulgence in a friendly, low-key, quick-serve setting.

It’s been a while (like since they were a few miles east). Just as awesome as I remember. The food is indulgent and brings back childhood memories for me (a rockstar neighbor lady used to make fry bread on occasion).

Service is fast and friendly.

I suggest the combo with red chili beef. Amazing. The combo with ground beef is a bit more universal in appeal.

Note: the red sauce is yummy, but legitimately spicy - taste before you pour.

I ventured inside with a colleague during a work trip, eager to sample its signature dish. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and promptly seated us. Despite the dinner rush, our food arrived surprisingly fast.

I devoured the Ultimate Taco with Red Beef, a colossal masterpiece that burst with flavor. Each bite was a symphony of textures and tastes, leaving me craving more. The special rice, perfectly seasoned, complemented the taco harmoniously.

For dessert, the Chocolate - Butter Fried Bread stole the show. Its gooey and crispy exterior were a delightful treat.

The self-serve fountain drink bar made it a breeze to quench our thirst.

While indoor seating is limited, the outdoor area offers a pleasant respite under shaded tables. Despite the October heat, the covers provided ample protection.

Overall, Fry Bread House is a culinary adventure that will leave you satisfied and eager to return. Its exceptional service, generous portions, and authentic flavors make it a must-try destination for any foodie in Phoenix.

This small charming restaurant is GREAT! The food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a lovely outdoor seating area—perfect for enjoying the great weather. The cashier was gracious and complimentary, adding a personal touch to the experience. I also noticed how well the staff interacted with each other, creating a positive and welcoming vibe. Even the customers were courteous and friendly, adding to the overall charm. Plus, the art is beautiful and enhances the ambiance. Highly recommend!

I now understand the hype behind this amazing establishment! I got the Waila Fry Bread platter. This is made to order so you get the absolute freshest beef patties. The highlight for me was the fry bread, which was the perfect texture and consistency. And don’t sleep on that green chili sauce, as it was the perfect condiment.

This place gets very busy so plan ahead as I managed to sit with three separate groups at one table due to the limited self seating situation. Thankfully everyone in Phoenix is nice.

Famous for authentic Westernized Native American fried bread. Food tasted delicious, fried bread and tacos are not heavy but healthy. Food at this place popular and you always see people standing in the line at the counter. The location is accessible from hwy 10 and 17 .

If you are in town you should visit and try the authentic Arizonian/Native American variety of food. Don’t underwhelm with ambience but the food and service worth the visit. Recommend it to the new comers and visitors.

Honestly I've been here before and likely my last visit! Spent $29.33 for ultimate taco and posole. Paid $1 extra for tomatoes and they didn't even put them on....and frankly the taco of Red Beef was loaded with beans and very very little meat. Won't recommend and the line was such that I had to take the loss of the extra charge and the item that I paid for. But it's not about the tomatoes it's about a loaded bean taco with very little meat. Over rated and over priced for what was given!

The food here is incredible.

I went with the taco and green chili beef stew. The portions are huge so plan your day accordingly. The taco was perfectly balanced with beans and spicy beef. The fry bread was light and fluffy- perfectly cooked.

The stew was also amazing. It was perfectly spiced and hearty. Next time I'd probably just stick with either the soup or the taco since it is a large portion, but the flavors were incredible so I didn't mind.

Green chili stew was great, a little spicy, so if you're sensitive to heat. probably not the dish for you.
