While the work done was good the service was garbage. I brought in 6 jacket for the VFW. Each jacket was to have 3 patches sewed on and some embroidery on the back. This took 3 1/2 months. I checked with them a few times during this time and at one point they had no idea where my order was for about a month or two. They did not seem too concerned about it and seemed to have a neutral attitude. In the end I did get the jackets and they discounted my order a massive $25. I ended up paying $360 for my order after the discount. Very disappointing experience. I would recommend you go somewhere else.

AMAZING COMPANY!! Great customer service! They go the extra mile and think outside the box to make your order perfect!! Great pricing and quick turn around time. I cannot express how much they go the extra mile for their customers!! Shirts and other products were done beautifully. The company I work for will not order from anyone else. Very disappointing service. I called several times and left several messages and no one called me back. Come to find out the email stating the order was at my school was incorrect. I physically went to the store and finally got someone to help me. They did not apologize for the inconvenience and after I verified the number didn't even acknowledge the missed voice-mails... and it was the correct number I called! I would look elsewhere for these services.

Fully Promoted is hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked with!

1) They have STELLAR customer service!
2) They created two separate logos for me and nailed the design on both!
3) They are always available to help and quick to respond to emails!
4) I have been working on two projects with them that are demanding of their time and they have managed both of the projects from start to finish exceeding my expectations!
5) When I have a problem - they have a solution!
6) They are always several steps ahead of me and make things very easy and convenient for me!

I can't say enough good things about Fully Promoted! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Product was not ready when they said it would be nor were they able to provide the service they said they could.

For an order that was large enough it apparently took all day to process, they hadn't even started on the day it was supposed to be ready. AND THEN, while I'm waiting for it to finish, an employee's meeting with a client in the lobby and talking about a large order of shirts that's coming in and he has to have them finished by tomorrow. He tells the client that it will be rough, "but he's a good friend." So apparently either your order has to be large or you have to be friends with an employee for your order to be important enough to be done on time.

And my design was supposed to be 18 inches which they knew when I placed the order. They tell me they can handle a design that large, but they have to charge me a custom set up fee, which I agreed to. Only to receive a phone call in the morning (the day AFTER it was supposed to be done) that it won't load on their computer. They can only do it at 15 inches.
