We have been hunting for a couch for quite some time, and sure enough, Furniture Factory Outlet was the answer!

The prices are incredibly reasonable, and you get quality furniture for the money. Though the selection doesn't encompass every style and color preference, you can likely find something that fits your needs, which will be presented with honest, and straightforward salesmanship. Ben helped us today, and was willing to help us ship to Los Osos for a very reasonable delivery fee, with flexible scheduling.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for their next couch, chair, table, or bed.

Went to look for an oversized chaise. I didn't see exactly what I wanted. I showed Ben what I was looking for and he said he could get it ordered. Went home to think about it. Checked the brands site and it was almost 400.00 more. I went back and Ben ordered it for me. He gave me a great deal on accent pillows and waived the tax. Ben was phenomenal he didn’t make us feel pressured to buy a couch. He made sure we knew it had hints of blue in it as we thought it was just a black couch. He also made sure we had measurements to know it’ll fit throughout the moving process so we wouldn’t lose money on the delivery fee which was extremely cheap. Fantastic business will buy again.
