Cameron was attentive to my needs without high pressure. I told her my price range and she showed me what they had to offer. When I described my needs versus the price she said they might have something in clearance. She was honest about the defect. She even got it down a little lower for me. I appreciated her loyalty to her customer. 15 years ago we bought our brand new living room set and kitchen set from here. I just sold the living room set so the quality was excellent.

Stopped by looking for a kitchen pantry. Staff was very helpful as we looked through out the entire store. At the end of the store we sat down on a reclining sectional to discuss our options. Sectional was oversized and very firm. Something that we had looked for but couldn't find. Took the info home to review. A couple of days later we decided to go back and look at it again. Ms Davis helped us as we were trying to decide what configuration would work. She sketched out three different configurations for us to review. At the end we picked one of the layouts and then she helped us in finding a rug (size and color). Very patient and helpful. No sales pressure. We will be back again

Nice to once again work with great people to get the furniture needed. They are the first place we stop because of the selection and how pleasant it is to work with the sales team. Great balance of being available and also giving us space without pressure to find what we want. Their extra service package is nice too

We've been shopping Furniture Row (typically the Marion location) for years now and have never been disappointed or let down when looking to change or upgrade pieces for our home. Today we bought a new mattress and had Joel assisting us through the process. Not only was he a non-pushy and easy going salesperson, he was beyond personable and had a great sense of humor. We were looking for a bed which had a shelf headboard. Also wondered if it was possible to get chairs but no table for kitchen. Erika was so helpful. She showed us exactly what we were looking for. We were uncertain about the chairs working with our table. We were able to bring a chair home to see if it works. This was so helpful in helping us decide. I would definitely recommend Furniture Row and Erika.

They had a lot of options. We found the sectional we wanted. We costumed ordered it with the fabric and pillows we wanted from Erika and we were told 8-10 weeks. We are now on the 12th week with no ETA. We have call 5 times and had someone tell us each time that they will give us a call back with an update and have yet to receive a call about anything. We keep getting the same story each time “we don’t see any updates we will call and figure it out and give you a call back”. It feels like you don’t matter unless you are standing in the store ready to spend money. Even if you already gave them $4800. The one star is solely on the fact that we have been told over and over we would get an update and never even get a call.
