Found what I was looking for that another location didn't have. The silence in the store was very loud and awkward though, making an indoor voice be heard by everyone in the store, whispers were barely silent enough for that not to happen.

They adjust their inventory based on what sells and what is popular in the area. Lot of collectibles which we usually go there for. Rewards system is still the same which is good. I love the retro games too

Staff was not very welcoming or helpful .My son and I waited for awhile to be helped .We were not greeted or asked if we needed help.There was a lady at the register and 2 guys working in the store. One guy was standing there doing nothing .So I had to ask loudly could I get some help.They were helpful and inviting to everyone else that wasn't brown like me and my son.I will never visit here ever again!Bath & Body Works next door had way better customer service!

This is my favorite GameStop of all places I've been to. The service is GREAT and the employees are very awesome towards their customers. I had a huge issue with my account and the manager was able to help me fix it patiently. I do recommend this location if you are unsure. The cashier was knowledgeable and courteous. There was a rush of customers just after we arrived and he was the only person visibly working... He acknowledged all customers and let us/them know he would be with us momentarily. Customer service was not a lost art in this situation!
