Although the staff was very friendly, 1) it was very hard for me to understand the staff since each had a very thick accent; 2) although I was promised (and paid up front for) a fully-functional and completed website within three weeks, the website was not fully completed for 11-1/2 months from the date I spoke with them, at which time I had lost my distributorship, so all this money and time was spent in vain; 3) since I was located in Indiana and they were in California, communication time was slow anyway, but most of the time I would email and not get a response for a week or two; 4) when I requested a refund due to their breach of contract, they said they were unable to give me a refund because they said they had to hire someone to do part of the work - not my fault but it cost me the money for the website and ultimately, my business. They wouldn't even refund the money I paid for hosting.
