In April 2022 we upgraded our phones to an voIP phone system. Everyone from Martin to John to the guys who came out to set up were great! Easy to deal with and responded to questions or issues very quickly. Any little change is all included in monthly service. We have a ton of added benefits now that we didn't have with dial up through comcast. No one likes change, but overall this was a great change for us and we are very happy!
