The staff is so rude. Mocking customers. When confronted pretending like it didn’t happen. Horrible shopping experience. As for prices, might as well shop at Marshals. At least there I’ve never experienced employees projecting their miserable attitudes onto you while you shop.

You can get better deals at Ross then here. This specific location is over price. Plus all their good stuff goes on there ebay store ! What a scam. $27 for used shoes. I will be calling corporate to investigate the high prices

Not even Santa Barbara locations have higher prices. Someone needs to help this store. Store manager needs to chill on the prices

Real nice selection of clothing. A little foul smell. Employees were pleasant except Rita. Very grumpy and scolded me when I took two clothing items to give to my aunt so she could give me the 2 remaining items I needed to try. She wanted me to get out and get in line again to try on those 2 items. There were 3 dressing rooms and 1 young lady in line. I took in 5 items and am a 69 year old who has a difficult time being about. She ruined my day. I couldn't help but wonder if it was because I am hispanic because she spoke so sweetly to the next lady who was white Anglo and didn't even mention to her how many items were allowed.

This was my 1st time in this Goodwill despite living in the area for 30+ years. I had the pleasure of meeting Sky, who was my cashier. He was the friendliest, down to earth guy who seemed to genuinely enjoys his job. His energy and laughter was contagious. He made it an awesome shopping experience.

This is my favorite thrift store in the five cities area (and there are quite a few). I agree that at times the prices seem high, but if you find a quality piece, it's not really true. The BEST thing about this store are the friendly employees. They are all so professional, helpful and kind. Whoever does the hiring and training, good job. I watched an employee named Elaine chat with an older lady who was buying a few items. This woman was lonely and just needed somebody to talk to for a min or so. I was in line, watching and waiting. It was a sweet moment of connection between the two of them that I felt lucky to witness.. Elaine then apologized to me for the wait. I told her it was more important to be kind to our elders than be in a hurry. Also, I LOVE the music they play in the store, people are often singing or humming along as they shop. It's a happy place to spend time.

I really enjoy this thrift store, most items are 10-20. the store is nice and the employees are helpful. great store
