It WAS a great place to find a treasure. Now they are taking things people gave them (for free) and checking the value online. HUGE markups on things that actually make it to the shelves. The really good stuff (like vintage pyrex) never even goes out on the shelf. It is sold online for higher profit. I think it is a huge slap in the face to donators, who are also shoppers. ALSO...the amount of things that are thrown in the dumpster is horrendous. I once saw my donated Christmas items (the stuff I donated) being taken off the shelf because they did not sell, the store attendant told me they were being thrown out. Disappointed for sure.

When selling a big item if you can't help load it without a signed waiver why is that not taken care of at the register before payment? It might affect my willingness to purchase a product 🤔 now I know I won't purchase one anytime in the near future.

Update: Entered the store and a big sign had a blue tag 50% off.
Bought 18.00 worth of stuff that had blue tags and was charged full price. I was sure I double checked the signs in the aisles to make sure. Called the store and was told only the things at the front display were 50% off.

WILL NEVER TRUST THIS STORE. AGAIN.

Bought a cool turntable displayed behind the counter in the box.
Box pictured was not actually what was in the box. Inside the box was a broken dirty outdated version.
MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
The prices at this store are too high. I can buy things new for what they charge.
This a non-profit corporation Not a charity. Less than 10% goes to charity. They do provide job training for which they get government credits.
Shop St. Vincent instead.

Very clean and organized store! The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Never have issues when shopping here! Also, always end up finding great deals on name brand gear. Found children's books for my son at UNBEATABLE prices and in wonderful used condition!

The only good thing was that I found some clothes for my great nephew.

But when the sales person was putting them in the bag she just grabbed a handful and shoved them into the bag. Instead of folding them and putting them in. As I gotten about 25 items There was just one man behind me I totally understand That she called a second all I heard from the both of them was why didn't you get the other one why did you call me to come and help.

Said yellow tag $1, they charged me whole price. Realized after looking at the receipt. Took it back and they would not honor it. Very scammy. 0/10 would not recommend.
