I would like to recognize the employee for their amazing support and help . I thought some one stilled my wallet and they were so kind to help me. They called me Monday and said they found it. Mandi, was so kind hearted and generous that she gave me her $15 for gas to be able to back home. A 3 hour drive. I went to pick up my wallet and everything was in there. I tired to give her a little money and she did not take it. It comes to show that there is still very honest and caring people. The store I clean and well organized. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I love how clean and organized the valley store is. Also, REANNA IS THE NICEST and Sweetest Cashier she is so caring and ingagdes like she is not too good for conversation. Society needs more Reanna's. You go, girl, you got the world in your hands. I was so impressed with her that I left a review and I don't leave reviews.

My friend purchased furniture. I went to pick it up. There was a real heavy dining room table. The young kid there refused to help load it. I had to load myself and I'm 3 times his age. Hurt my back loading it myself. I will not return or buying anything from them again.

I visit multiple thrift stores in the Spokane area every week and this location (by far) has the slowest cashiers so be prepared to wait in line for a while. They do have good inventory and I always find something unique.

It’s clean at this location. Workers are nice. My review is for pricing of items. Went to target for a child’s jacket and they were $20-30. Figured I could save going to goodwill. There was a target brand with tags. Oh cool, I should save slightly right? No. It was the same price as new. Showed the guy target app versus their price and they “can’t do anything since it has new tags.” YOU GUYS GET THESE DONATED TO YOU. THEYRE FREE. DOESNT MATTER IF SOMETHING IS NEW WITH TAGS. IT SHOULDNT BE NEW PRICE IF ITS NOT EVEN FROM THE ORIGINAL STORE 🙃🙃 Robbery.

Very nice checker:) I didn't get her name but longer dark hair ,young and glasses. Was very pleasant to talk with. I interacted w another employee as well who was also very helpful and nice. I hadn't been in for awhile and to be honest it was because the employees were on the unpleasant side like they did not want to help you and you were bothering them. So hopefully I've have interacted with only 2 of MANY of the wonderful NEW employees you have hired to replace the others mentioned above . This is a place/ program I esp would like to support.

I have shopped Goodwill for years……am very disappointed with the valley location lately. I find men’s clothing in the women’s and women’s in the men’s. The sizes are all intermixed, you think you’ve found something nice in your size and it’s not. Clothes are very unorganized.
