Awesome shop, awesome staff, quality work! I came into the shop and placed a very last-minute order and I wasn’t sure if it was going to be able to get done in time, but the staff assured me they would work diligently to try to get it done by the first day of school deadline and they came through! They got it done in less than a week And I had a huge order. Completely grateful!

This place messed up a very simple embroidery logo on a shirt. They have not followed through on anything that they have said they would do. I had to give them my email address 5 different times because they could not get it right. Instead of working to correct their mistakes, they said they would be happy to cancel my order, and I agreed. Not a single professional business person working at this place, Stay away. My only comment to them during our phone call was that I let them know I was dissatisfied with their service in those exact words. There were no nasty comments whatsoever. Their response is a further indication that they are not a company that accepts responsibility and feels the need to put the blame on the customer.

Hattrix is awesome. Our team, Barstow Thunder Pony Lesgue is a new team this season. We needed Jerseys and hats. We had 5 weeks before opening day. Peter and his team at Hattrix helped us with the design we wanted on the Jerseys and hats. And we were able to get hoodies for a very reasonable price. AWESOME business. Thank you, Hattrix.
