I went in the store after finding a sofa and loveseat I had seen online. As soon as I entered the store a person greeted me kindly and offered their assistance. The sales representative was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I decided to buy the furniture and the representative explained the entire process from purchase to delivery in great detail which was extremely helpful. The service I received was exponentially superior to any I have ever experienced in a furniture store. A complete breath of fresh air. I will recommend this store to anyone when the opportunity arises. My furniture has not arrived yet but I expect that will be as seamless as the rest of my dealing with this Havertys store. Each employee deserves a substantial raise for a job well done!!! They are the reason this store is a success. Thank you.

If I could give 10 star reviews I would. From the start of the sales with Miss Sharon and the store, to the delivery a week later. The delivery guys, Kenneth and Johnny were two of the nicest gentleman, professional, friendly, and extremely kind. Very informative on furniture as well. They were extra cautious when bringing the furniture into my home, and made everything so easy. They were in and out of here in about 20 minutes delivering a sectional. I was in the furniture world for 15 years with another company in Mobile and I can tell you hands-down, Havertys furniture in Mobile. Alabama has got to be the best store in town from sales to delivery. Thank you, Havertys furniture. We will certainly be back.

We were in Havertys this afternoon looking for furniture for our family room. We were greeted by Shannon Garb. Shannon was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient as my husband and I tried different styles of furniture to help us make a decision. She gave us her professional opinion but was not pushy in any way. My husband even said what a pleasant experience it was visiting your store and that is because of Shannon and her patience and expertise. We feel she is a wonderful asset to your company. My overall experience was very pleasant with Sharon. She listened to what I wanted, she was most helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and was not in the least pushy unlike the first sales representative that we encountered, who I felt was pushing me in a direction he wanted me to take rather than listening to what I wanted then proceeded to smart off with a rude comment. Had I not seen the actual sofa that I did want (with no help of his) and could not find elsewhere I would not have went back for the purchase due to his behavior.
