A+ Rating at BBB isn't high enough (and I'm not even kidding). Extremely thorough and professional. Jay is great at answering questions and putting your mind at ease. The owner, Roger, is a really pleasant guy. My Custom gaming PC was giving me a lot of trouble, and just stopped working all together. It took a while to figure out what the actual cause, but Jay stayed in communication with me and talked me through what she was doing. Turned out to be the CPU. Jay ordered the part, tested, and it was successful! I lost faith in my rig, but Jay helped me find it again. Fantastic work!

I'm a experienced computer builder but was having problems installing a new m.2 drive in to a laptop. A female technicion answered and had my problem solved in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

I own a small therapy practice and fully depend on my laptop to keep it running smoothly. Yesterday my laptop was locked up and after almost two hours of trying to resolve the issue I finally called Heartland Computer for help. When I called I was greeted by a kind and helpful staff member, she reassured me that they would do their best to resolve the problem. I am happy to report that the work was done well and by the end of the day! Reasonably priced and very considerate staff. Thankfully business is back up and running! 🤓

A thumbs up for "Jay" at Heartland Computers in Council Bluffs. She is very polite, respectful, and professional. My laptop needed a new keyboard. This particular model laptop required everything to be removed bottom->up to replace the keyboard. I brought my own part (new keyboard). Jay was able to get it installed that day. I observed she used anti-static gloves (yay!). While the price was slightly higher than I wanted, having someone else perform the 3-hour job, having them include costs such as thermal paste in the "job price", freeing me up to do other things for three hours, and having the job completed the same day was well worth the cost. To top it off, Jay even cleaned my laptop, screen, keyboard, and all! If asked, I would recommend contacting Jay for computer support.

I brought my laptop in because it wasn’t connecting to WiFi. They fixed it quickly (needed a new WiFi chip), and it’s worked perfectly since. The lady who helped me was super nice
