I was hesitant to buy from them only because they were not known to me. I bought an open box cd player streamer but the app was not compatible with my phone. The tech support from HiFi Heaven was excellent, as they did their best to help me resolve the issue. I was told to return the cd player, they paid for shipping and a week later all my money was refunded to my account. I paid by Zelle and all my interactions with them were great.

I live in Portland, OR and there are tons of local turntable shops near me but I am loyal to Hi-Fi Heaven. Greg is the nicest person and professional. I got a great deal on a Hana ML cartridge from him and it was a perfect upgrade for my set up. He even took the time to microscope the Shibata stylus before he shipped it to me. Hands down the best Audio gear store in the USA. Buy with confidence, they are 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and prices!

Had a great experience with Hi-Fi Heaven. Called them up to talk about a pair of RF7iii they hooked me up with a great deal on a brand new pair at a great price! Weren’t pushy or trying to sell me on anything just walking me through my options. Shipping was fast and nicely packaged couldn’t be happier with the purchase. These speakers should be lasting me awhile but if I ever got another pair would deff be hitting up Hi-Fi Heaven.

I was able to trade in my old speakers for new speakers to update my home theater. I felt I got very fair pricing on my trade-ins, and it saved me the time and hassle of trying to sell the old speakers on my own.

The speaker pricing was competitive with most other retailers, and in some cases, just a little better.

They were very helpful, and shipping was much quicker than I expected.

I'll be a repeat customer!

They sell fake sennheiser products! The ie300 I got from hifi heaven were 100 percent replicas if you buy them from here they will sell you some fakes that are really only worth like 40 dollars check photos for proof… real box on top their fake one on bottom.. easy to spot next to some real ones
