Super disappointing, they were very unresponsive to our feedback, the creatives were absolute trash (with spelling and grammatical errors, not proofed before sending to their client}, they didn't take action and achieved no results. We spent almost $10k/month with HFD for 4 months and achieved literally $0 in USD ROI. Seemed like they outsourced all tasks to fiverr or an international company, and didn't bother to proof read the spelling and grammatical mistakes. They made many promises that never happened. In the end I cancelled them and tried to appeal in goodwill for the owner to compensate me in some way for my time and money wasted- this was not just testing the market, this was a lazy, sleezy company who didn't care about me, our money, our company or our feedback during our engagement, they breached the contract in many ways and when I wrote 3 emails to give the owner an opportunity to resolve, he took my money and I received no response. Feels like another scammy marketing company who don't have any class or care about their clients. We now have a much better team who have received consistent results in a much shorter time and it showed me HiFlyer Digital was absolute nonsense and just taking advantage of me the entire time in every way.
