I really like this place, but was expecting more. They have great food and atmosphere, but the service really depends on who you get. Some servers are amazing and some are just OK. I haven't been there for a year or two so I always ask for advise on things like the mash potatoes. WOW I had forgotten how plain they were, but it's disappointing when I ask questions and the answer is "everything is amazing". Subjectively some people like them one way and some don't. I was really trying to get information. If you like super plain mash potatoes, then you will love these! I only took one little bite and didn't want to make a stink about a side of potatoes because I also had the risotto. She didn't care or ask why they weren't touched, and was in such a hurry didn't notice my drink was empty and had been for a long time. However, I have been there and the service was top notch, so I'll leave it there.
On the positive side of things, I would recommend the calamari planks. OMG they are to die for!

I had a wonderful dining experience! The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and efficient. The seafood was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. While the drinks were just average, everything else more than made up for it. The ambiance and the quality of the food made the visit worthwhile. Just a heads-up: expect to spend a pretty penny, but in my opinion, it’s worth it for the overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

First time at High Tides, we saw this on Check Please Arizona and decided to check it out since we were on this side of town. Very excited to hear they’re opening one on the West side. Highly recommend! Sufficient options for any pallet.

They’re website says “Crabby Hour. Come crabby, leave happy.” ? I went for happy hour and sat at the bar. Their bar chairs are nice and cozy. I ordered 6x $2 oysters, 1/2 order of lobster mac n cheese, and bread pudding. Everything was delicious and the service and ambiance were excellent. Maleshah was attentive, friendly, and took great care of us. We will be returning.

High Tide offers a culinary experience that tantalizes the taste buds with its dishes and vibrant atmosphere. The ambiance of the restaurant felt nice, creating the perfect backdrop for a meal. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and quickly yet comfortable manner.

We visited High Tide to celebrate my mom's birthday, and our dining experience began with the Lobster Mac 'n' Cheese and the Crab Garlic Bread. The richness of the lobster perfectly complemented the creamy mac 'n' cheese, while the crab garlic bread was a savory. The food runners ensured that our meals were served hot and in a timely manner, which further enhanced our dining experience.

Unfortunately, the impeccable quality of the food and the excellent service from the other staff members were overshadowed by the attitude and behavior of our server, Ashly B. When we inquired about wine recommendations. She abruptly stated that she needed to greet another table and left mid-conversation. This dismissive attitude continued throughout our meal, culminating in a rather unpleasant interaction when we requested to split the bill. The bill was placed on our table in a manner that felt deliberately discourteous.

Given this mixed experience, we would rate High Tide 3 out of 5 stars. With improvements in service, especially from specific staff members, this restaurant has the potential to be truly exceptional.

There's nothing more to say other than the food is incredible here! My wife ordered the Enchiladas Del Mar. She absolutely loved it. I ended up getting the Icelandic Salmon. Once again, amazing! It's hard to explain or describe something that was so good. It's just that. It's definitely worth trying! My wife also ended up getting the Blood Orange Paloma. She says that it was refreshing and no overwhelming taste of alcohol.

Service was superb! Daniel K was our waiter, and he did a phenomenal job. Very attentive, always quick with anything and very informative with any questions we had. We did have a reservation, and as soon as we got there, we were immediately seated (which I feel like never happens even having a reservation). The last thing I would say about the service is that we were very surprised at how fast the food came out. We were there on a Friday night during dinner service, and our food was out within 10 - 15 minutes.

The ONLY knock I have on High Tide, and it's absolutely nothing that would keep me from coming back, is that the atmosphere is just a bit weird. Again, just a very minuet knock as the food and service are absolutely 5 stars, but the setting is like a Chili's trying to be a 5-star restaurant. Otherwise, absolutely loved this place! Highly recommend as I know we will definitely be back!

(Pictured and not mentioned is that we also got the blue point oysters and the crab cheesy garlic bread. Get some! Take it home if you have to! It is well worth it!l)

Had a great meal tonight. The service was awesome. Definitely recommend the Cobb Salad, braised beef, and fried chicken.

Also, for dessert, they have some pretty good beignets.

My wife and I have lived in the East valley all of our lives, we travel quite a bit to the East coast and enjoy sea food when we are back there. When we are home we are always look for that one great sea food restaurant. Finally we heard of the
High Tide, and tried it out about 4 weeks ago. in the last 4 weeks we have eaten there twice and are planning on going back there for our 40th anniversary yet this year. this place is great, clean, the food is fresh the employee's are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is inviting. this will be are go to seafood restaurant from now on.
