My Wife and I visited our daughter and booked 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express. The Breakfast was excellent and the server always had all food bins full. The beds were very comfortable. A special shout out to the front desk associate Maria/Taskforce. She was very helpful and kind. But most of all she was very friendly. I really enjoyed talking and interacting with her. She always asked if everything was OK with our stay and if we needed anything to just ask. I would surely stay at this Holiday Express again.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was great! The neighborhood was nice and calm. We loved the amenities that the hotel offers. Especially the washing machine and dryer. Overall this was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the US and this will be our number 1 hotel when we come to Chino Hills.

Reasonably priced. Very personable team (front desk manager at check-in, security guard on patrol in parking lot, housekeeping in the hallway, breakfast manager, front desk manager at check-out). This place appears to be totally brand new. Plenty of eatery choices within 1 mile. Urgent care located in the same parking lot. Very quiet surroundings. Easy access to freeway.

Overall our stay was great at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Maintenance was responsive/helpful/quick. The ladies serving the breakfast buffet were amazing and worked their tails off! My only issue was with the housekeeping staff. We stayed 4 nights and only received service one day even though we specifically requested it from the front desk. Also, one housekeeper was incredibly rude when she knocked on our door and asked us when we were checking out because she had to go upstairs and it wasn't convenient to come back downstairs. Then she saluted me when she didn't like my non-committal response which was uncalled for.

Great location in urban Chino Hills, CA. Near eating places & across from Urgent Care clinic. Wonderful self-serve coffee machines in lobby that grind, brew, and fill your cup with surprisingly good decaf or regular coffee. Pleasant staff. Free full breakfast available every morning. Free parking. Only problem we encountered during our stay was the poor housekeeping service we got 5 out of the 7 days we were there, which will hopefully get resolved because we’d like to stay there again.

This IHG property was one of the best we've stayed at (for a holiday inn express). Perfect for every traveler! Super clean. Great location. Good and services within walking distance. Amazing staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Double Queen Beds w sofa sleeper!!! Brand new hotel! Highly recommended if you are staying in Chino Hills area.

When we walked through the doors we were instantly welcomed by Maria and were quickly checked into our room. Every single interaction we had with a staff member was fantastic. In particular Maria was genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect..wished us safe travels home and gave me a hug good bye.

Overall great hotel. Lobby and breakfast area were clean, rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk & hotel staff are extremely helpful and super friendly. We will definitely stay here again in November and be back in the spring as well. Highly recommend.
