Did float tank for an hr it was relaxing. They have soaps and shampoo for you to use after. Staff is very nice and sweet. Ear plugs are provided, place for contacts, towels are also provided as well as wash cloth to wash your body before and after

I had a facial done by Meghan. It was very relaxing and my face was glowing after my appointment. I will definitely be booking another appointment. I also get massages done by Hanna and I recommend both of these ladies.

I have used the hot steam shower.. amazing and truly very relaxing! My favorite is their yoga program!!!! Makes me feel so much better physically and mentally!
