I don't know the truths of this place, but man I had an two agents that just couldnt maximize. One agent tried to avoid a bid off. They changed their story multiple times. Inreally enjoyed schmoozing with one of them but then I suspect that he was trying to flip my house and get me to sell low. I would rather work with someone from Des Moines than deal with what I felt was deviousness. Enjoy your simple faith (bhakti), thank you for your efforts (karma), I am still going to use the wisdom (jnana). Thank you for showing me your practices. I gained much.

Jill Veenstra was amazing. We had a very unique property to sell and knew finding the right agent to market our property would be key. Jill chose Jill based on her stellar reputation in the area. She knows the market inside and out and really excelled at guiding us through contract negotiations. We have bought and sold many homes over the years and no agent as met my standards and expectations like Jill. Communication is key in any real estate transaction and Jill was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I will miss my daily interactions with Jill. There are many Realtors but only one Jill!

I am a first time home owner, recently out of college, looking for my first house. Home Realty was highly recommended by family members, which have had great look purchasing their homes. I was looking for a small house I could work on, and learn how to do repairs and improvements. Home Reality found the right home for me, pointing out items that needed done, so I could prepare myself for what I was about to embark. The closing went great, even though we had to work with HUD, I have no complaints. I've enjoyed working on this little house, and look forward to living in my home for many years to come, or until I need a larger house, of which time, I'll search out Home Reality for the journey.
