Our first experience with Idea Kraft was over 3 years ago when we contracted them to do a complete rebrand of the Greater Binghamton Chamber. After many months of surveys, focus groups, messaging and logo designs, we successfully launched a fresh new look and feel of our organization in February 2017. Their team was attentive, listened to our feedback, and continued to bring fresh, new ideas to the drawing board until we were completely satisfied with the logo, tagline, colors, design, marketing materials, website, social media graphics and everything else that required our new branding.

About 2 years ago, we eliminated a dedicated staff person for marketing and communications and outsourced that position to Idea Kraft. They currently handle the design and layout of our promotional materials, e-mail campaigns, website updates and any other projects that come up. In addition, they handled the redesign of our 2019 and 2020 business directory and community guide, now called THRIVE.
