Basically, I love IKEA; but my favorite item is their special dark chocolate! Taste it; it is less than $2.
I must mention the staff; they are polite, friendly, and helpful; and I felt myself like a queen, when they enthusiastic looked for me the best things (when I wanted to buy a special pillow and a small furniture) Thank you guys! <3

Location is great, right located at the Santa Anita mall. It’s probably the smallest IKEA I have ever shopped at, but I still think it is a good addition to the mall.

This was such a cool (little?) place and it was a pleasant surprise when I found out there was an IKEA in the Santa Anita mall!! Who would have thought

They have a very decent selection for being a fraction of the size of a regular IKEA, but they have a lot of cool little things and useful items!
I bought some new nonstick pans and pots, they are all under $10 each! 😳 I almost couldn't believe it!
Also they had some really cute plain white LARGE bowls (think salad bowl that you can actually fit a salad in!) and they had large plates and small plates to match, which was awesome, and I think each item was under $3... I also got some really cute shot glasses (pack of 6) and those were reasonably priced as well...
All in all I bought:
4 large plates
2 small plates
4 huge bowls
6 shot glasses
3 pans
1 pot
2 small rice bowls
A carafe with a big cork (only way I know how to describe it)
And an IKEA bag (99¢)

For about $53

And I'm sure I'm forgetting something too...
There were more expensive items but I just didn't have the budget right now.
I think about the chance I'll definitely go back again, BUT I will not go at the beginning of my trip unless I have something with wheels to be able to just push it through the mall instead of carrying it cuz it got heavy! (My fault though, I I was so excited to go that I wanted to go there first before anywhere else..lol)
Or you can always take the stuff back to your car, but that's a whole other trip back to your car and inside the mall again.. and honestly I'm really not a fan of malls because I just don't like being around a bunch of people and walking on their floors for too long make my feet hurt tbh ..

Anyway, customer service was also great! ☺️

Not a full sized regular Ikea. A small "planning studio" not worth visiting. Google needs to update this on the maps. Don't waste your time driving to this one, they have almost nothing compared to a regular sized Ikea

the store format is much smaller than the original ikea but it adapts to the space that the mall has given them. The environments within this planning studio are well distributed and you will find a variety of designs and products (including putdoor area). They also have a team that supports you in the personalized design of the environment that you want to remodel or implement.

I finally found the Shark plushie I always wanted to find! Incredible price for a decent size plushie. Retail price was $29.99, with tax $33.06. Location is small inside the mall but isn’t too bad. I saw a variety of good furniture and appliances and lots of options for such a compact store but didn’t fell crowded. Fast, simple.

Like a mini Ikea for when you need inspiration for home decor. Great that you can still see sample rooms and get an idea of various products that may fit your home needs. They also have computers in the back to help with creating a 3d mockup of your room space.

For those looking to plan a kitchen, bathroom, etc, this is primarily a planning studio. The word "store" is not in the title of this space so I don't understand the reviews complaining that it isn't a store. It's very convenient when you want to meet and design. Plus they do have a few smaller items that you can pick up. Store it is not.

I use this space is to have IKEA purchase delivered to a spot that is closer to home. They load it in the car for you as well.

Finally, there is always plenty of staff there to help and that's really appreciated.
