Melissa and team are absolutely wonderful. They were open to my idea of vinyl wrapping my prosthetic and took it to a level unimaginable! Their service, creativity and products are top level! No brainer!

On Monday I took my show car to Image360 to have graphics applied. This is a factory graphic from Original Parts Group. People were installing these on cars 51 years ago. I wanted it done right, so I called around and found Image360. I showed them pictures of the car and the graphic in person when I dropped it off. They said no problem, but there were problems.

When she called to tell me the car was done, she said it was in the garage. I showed up and it's sitting out in the rain. I didn't closely inspect it, and now I think maybe she knew there was a problem and was hoping to rush me out so I wouldn't notice.

Once I was able to inspect the install, I was extremely disappointed. There are 76 air bubbles total. 51 on the passenger side and 25 on the driver side. The graphic is crooked in at least two spots and one is really bad.

She will not return my phone calls. She will not respond to me at all. As a local business owner I would expect somebody to stand behind their service. I know mistakes happen but fix it! Don't hide it and pretend like nothing happened. The fact that I have had no response after several calls is unacceptable.

Thursday I contacted a professional and they said it could not be fixed, it needs to be replaced.
So I'm out $270 for the graphic plus the charge from Image360 for the initial install. I'll have to buy another graphic, and pay someone else to remove the one installed by Image360 and apply the new one.

I was super excited and now I'm utterly disappointed. Please if you're going to have decals or graphics put on your vehicle use a different company!!!!

Melissa and Image360 is the best. Plain and simple. They do a great job at a great price. We've ordered banners and corrugated plastic signs for a variety events. They have great turnaround time and produce quality items. I have passed them lots of business over the last few years because they always come through with quality products and friendly service.

Fantastic business and wonderful service!! I have used their services three times and, honestly, would not want to use anyone else. We have a girls softball team that needed decal work done. We tried three other local vendors and either got high estimates back, LONG wait periods, or no reply at all. Signs Now does a professional job, their prices are extremely competitive, they are fast at delivering what you need, and Melissa is great to work with!! I would recommend their business to ANY of my friends!
