I wouldn't trust these people to send flowers to my dog. I ordered a $225 spray stand on a Tuesday for a visitation on Friday at 5:00. On Friday at 12:30 pm, I received an email saying their "volume exceeded our expectations and couldn't accept any more orders for today". Today? I placed the order 3 days ago; it's not like it was a surprise. Furthermore, because the town is small, this is the ONLY florist available. So now, we have no flowers for the departed and their family. Shame on you, Imagine That!!!

I ordered a $65.00 bouquet with 2 balloons for my parents 52nd Wedding Anniversary and they get a lousy arrangement that looks like flowers just stuffed in a vase and 2 Happy Birthday balloons! I clearly advised in the special comments it was their 52nd Wedding Anniversary and the card even stated Happy 52nd Wedding Anniversary! Not a happy daughter!!!

I received flowers from my coworkers (out of state) for the funeral of a loved one. The “arrangement” was horrible. It looked like weeds picked from the side of the road with two random roses stuffed into a glass. There was no design involved and the colors were a terrible combination. This florist took advantage of out of state customers knowing they wouldn’t see what the final arrangement looked like. I’m very thankful for my coworkers thoughtfulness and angry that “Imagine That” took advantage of them. Everyone noticed the huge difference between these wilted stems and the beautiful arraignments sent from other florist. Beware! You will NOT get what you paid for from this business.

We had a special request to make a mini wrapped rose bouquet for our son to carry and give to his sister on Senior night. They were happy to make that possible! They have been very nice and all of our orders have been great timing and beautiful! Definitely recommend Imagine That for your floral needs !

Ordered 2 arrangements for a funeral one was suppose to be LARGE the other medium both arrangements were embarrassing to say the least and didn't reflect over $ 300.00 worth of flowers by no means. I hope the owner calls me back bc everytime I call her she isn't in and I am told she will call me back. It cost to be born and it cost to die,but being taken advantage of and not receiving what you paid for during a time of a death is disgraceful.

The woman on the phone is so rude and does not have respect for the service she is providing people in time of need, when a family member has passed. They are the only florist in town and they clearly act like it. I hope someone in the area opens a florist shop and shows these people how to respect their craft and the people they are called to assist.

The quality of work on the flowers was ok, but the plants they provided at the service were very poor quality. I honestly think they were from Walmart or Lowes and they then up charged clients.

I know this review is very direct, but I think it is needed. I hope they make changes and realize the trust people hold in them, when they are in need.
