Just got my home install done and all set up! Shout out to the install technician (so sorry I can’t remember his name!) and Brenden (sales rep) for such an easy process!

Brenden was extraordinary in helping me through my internet switch, making the process easy and giving me the best options. The install tech provided polite services, going above and beyond helping me understand and set up the new network!

Got a great deal, free install, and 1gig of actual fiber! I’m very pleased with the overall service ImOn 🥳

Jake installed Internet for me today and I was impressed with everything: knowledge, courtesy, timeliness and care for property. In switching from Mediacom to ImOn and YouTube TV, I was able to get helpful information from Jake regarding the whole setup procedure. Highly recommended!!

Had a great experience with customer service and the installation. The installer, Jake, called in advance, was polite, courteous, and patient. He spent at least 15 minutes with me at the end of the install going through the network connections and answering my questions. The reception in my house is now perfect and MUCH better than my last network provider. I am 100% happy with the entire process.

We were so happy to move into our new apartment with provided internet access, especially knowing the internet was with ImOn communications. We had used them in our past apartment with little to no problems. However, once we moved into our new apartment we were essentially treated like dead flies on the bottom of a boot. Our internet has not worked since the moment we moved in and we have tried everything we can think of. We have called repeatedly and have created over 5 ticket numbers with no help. Finally after THREE WEEKS one person showed up to take a look at it, did absolutely nothing and then basically told us to turn it off and on again. Every time we have called we have been met with nothing but crude remarks and being blamed for the internet problems rather than even attempting to help us find a solution. We are a house of COLLEGE STUDENTS WITHOUT INTERNET. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT INTERNET FOR A MONTH. Centurylink which is the equivalent of dirt looks like a million bucks compared to the lack friendliness, customer service, and internet that ImOn communications provides. Fix it.

I got internet with I’m on and they sold me a promotion, well in that promotion apparently if you go past 7 days and forget to pay your bill then the promotion is lost and they start charging $300 just for Internet! Also they don’t even bother to tell you this, Please read the agreement apparently it’s on there but they don’t think it’s important to let the customer know before you sign. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the customer service is absolutely horrible. I called on two separate occasions to try to deal with the situation and see if I could pay half or just come up with any type of solution, but to no avail they rather lose you as a Customer and slap you with a super high bill then to keep you as a customer and come up with a solution anyway, I very highly regret getting I’m on. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with an internet Provider. Times are hard enough and to have a company do shady business like that just is not right. They don’t even have customer service 24/7 but think they can charge these crazy prices? Also to pay your bill online it’s so complicated for the prices they should have a more top notch system, ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and look else where.

Our technician, Jake, was exceptional! He showed up on time, solved our slow speed problem, and gave a clear explanation for what was going on and how to avoid future issues. He also (unprompted) advised us about our printer/internet connection and made the necessary changes in seconds that would have taken us half a day to figure out. He was great!
