Excellent work, Wil! We needed our business sign replaced; he used his great vision, creativity, and took the sign to a whole new level. Highly recommend to call him if anyone needed signs made, custom printings or any type of printing services!!!

Had done business with him before and everything worked out great. A year later I contacted him for a couple of banners to be done for me wich he agreed to and told me he was going to have them ready in 3 days, those 3 days turned into 2 weeks of giving me the runaround that he was going to have them ready, finally he responded back in a text, not even a call(wich would have been more professional), that he was sorry but that he was way to busy and behind in other jobs for my banners and did not had time to print them, Wich to I responded that he needed to be more professional in his customer service and be upfront with the customers if he was not interested in their jobs since the beggining of accepting their business, and not have them wait 2 or 3 weeks to backout of the job. I deserve better customer service as a customer and for that reason I will not be doing business with this company in the future anymore.

Still cant believe the owner's response to this review, making false statements.
You never required or mentioned an up front payment to me Wilmer, be honest with your reply, and if you had done so, of course I would have stopped and paid you the 50 percent down for the job, also I never asked you or tried to get a cheap price as you stated just to make it sound you did nothing wrong, I called you and you told me you price and I agreed, again you Never mentioned a deposit, if you ask for deposits now its different but when you were just starting the banner business you were not.
