Had a time sensitive order that I had been talking to Amber about since Monday and she ok the large image to go in the front said things looked good. I got all images over to them in advanced got the ok for the main logo except for the logo of a sponsor I was getting in a different format. I submitted my order with sizes, payment info and shipping info. Thursday when I called to confirm with Austin he said he was having printer issues so he could not get to my email to confirm my order and give me the final cost with taxes. He sounded frustrated and said he was leaving that day on vacation and he would not be back until Monday, he asked me my deadline which was now 2 weeks away, he said ok we can do that and come Monday I get a email not a call to tell me that my main image was blurry when they zoom in and that they could not complete my order...if they would have told me this Monday when I sent the image to Amber I could have looked elsewhere and I would not be scrambling like I am now...I did everything I was asked to do by them in a timely manner and I think they just gave me the run around telling me they can fill my order when in fact they were to busy to...he was very unapologetic and did not care to make things right...he could have had future business but unfortunately I will not trust them to do any orders for me in the future. If you are too busy or having printer issues you should have said no from the start instead of making empty promises. Thanks for screwing me over on this order not like you care but I hope no one else will be left with a no last minute like I was.Not a good way to run your business.
