🚨 Final Update: Infomedia Prioritizes PR Over Professionalism 🚨

After A YEAR of ongoing issues across multiple projects (Website, Case Study, Brochures, and Web App Designs), we terminated our relationship with Infomedia and rebuilt our website from scratch to fully cut ties. Instead of simply accepting this, Infomedia reached out through Pam Sanderson, asking me to change my review. Not to fix anything—just to improve their public image. Rather than take real accountability, they prioritized damage control over integrity. Emails attached.

📌 For 9 months, I attempted to resolve these issues privately through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, emails, and phone calls. Infomedia repeatedly ignored or dismissed my concerns. However, when I left a public review, they responded within hours—making it clear they prioritize optics over professionalism.
📌 After I exposed the stark difference between John Lovoy’s public response to my review and his private response to me, Infomedia shadow banned my review. They deliberately hid it from public view so only I could see it.
📌 I also noticed that past negative reviews about Infomedia seem to have disappeared. Before working with them, I distinctly remember a complaint about their creation of the City of Florence logo. Design work is subjective, so this didn’t concern me at the time—but now that the reviews I once read are nowhere to be found, it makes me wonder how many other clients they have silenced behind closed doors.
📌 Our engagement began with Clay, who set high expectations for their service. However, once we signed on, his involvement diminished significantly, making the process feel like a bait-and-switch. We experienced constant delays and TOTAL mismanagement that made progress frustrating and unpredictable.
📌 Project scope inconsistencies were a major issue. We were promised a robust website but later told it was limited to just 10 pages. Case study and brochure designs were reused instead of being customized as initially discussed. When a new project manager was introduced late in the process, he admitted he had no context for past agreements but still strictly enforced policies that worked against us.
📌 Infomedia inserted a hidden Follow link to their site on ours, draining our SEO authority without upfront transparency. After launching with Infomedia, our site health score dropped to a single digit. The highest we were able to recover it to was 74.

🚨 Final Warning:
Infomedia’s focus is reputation management—not professional service. Instead of fixing their failures, they try to erase them. There is so much more that I could say but Google Reviews has a character limit. Read every contract carefully, check for hidden SEO tactics, and expect delays.
