I have had many bad experiences with this type of "Marketing Agencies".
In particular with Inmotion I felt that the experience was going to be positive, by offering a refund of both the price that they were charging as an agency which was $ 1,247.00 just for doing the setup to program the bots they use, since it is not organic, plus a check for $ 1,000 to cover the payments that also came out of my pocket for Facebook Ads.
Everything was going well at the beginning, we began to receive Leads, but the truth is that the leads were of very poor quality, it is assumed that when it is already a Lead it's because the Customers are ready to setup the appointment for the Job. And with inmotion 85% of the people were just shopping around. they don't modified the funnels, to be more effective leads.
From the beginning I told both Tim and Daniel that I was a very small business and I did not have the budget to be spending it as an experiment, all the expense was going to be paid with a credit card, trusting that your campaign of a month I was going to generate an extra profit besides from covering the expenses of Inmotion and Facebock Ads.
The commitment and guarantee of Inmotion was to give me 20 secure jobs in a period of one month or they would return my money, both the inmotion fees and the Facebook Ads. At the end of the month they only provided with 7 jobs from his campaign, I did not even get 50% of the 20 guaranteed jobs.
Once the campaign had not worked, I contacted them to see how the reimbursement process was going to be and they came up with the fool that I did not qualify for the reimbursement, since I had not attended the videoconferences that they had done, which I did not It is not at all the true, every videoconference that was scheduled with Daniel was held.
So I want to warn you people not to do business with this company, since they do not comply with what they are offering, it is only a hook to get your money and not refund it.
This is totally a Scam.
