Best customer service I have ever received from any store ever! In the picture is the manager Adrian who made the whole experience amazing! Very welcoming and informative! I am new to vaping and he was very patient, polite, and informative. Straight to the point when you walk through the door (IDs are a must for our communities safety and he upholds this policy to the T). They have a wide variety of reusable and disposable products. The flavors are amazing and they have options for every buyer. From big hits to small hits, to beginner tips to pro tips. I would nominate this store for a must visit in person or over the phone. Glad this company has hired the perfect staff to ensure a great over all experience! Thank you Adrian for being a great person and representative of a great company. 10 out of 10 by far!

This has nothing to do with the customer service employees. They are always friendly. The ineptitude of the management is astounding. I go there to buy my pods for the vape I purchased there. So many times the pods are out of stock. It has been 2 weeks currently out of stock. The employees don't know when it is coming in. It is obviously a high seller. So even the most inexperienced person of management needs to adjust the inventory levels to account for any type of delays that may happen. Nope not here.. they can't control their own inventory. VERY poorly run company.

This place is awesome! The staff is amazing and super helpful. My glass tank broke and instead of ripping me off and charging for a new tank, he sold me a glass replacement AND installed it for me. Brandon was super helpful and saved me a lot of money around Christmas time. I'll be coming back here in the future, great place with great help! I definitely recommend this place.Two thumbs up!

Grabbed a couple vapes here. The girl working there when they opened was super friendly and helpful. Very nice girl. Prices were average. Significantly cheaper online, but you pay for the convenience here of not waiting for shipping.

First time here and id have to say its one of the best expierences I've had with a vape shop. I'm new to vaping and Damon took his time to explain all my options and give me his own advice on good flavors. He didn't rush me through a transaction and didn't have me feeling like I got ripped off as i left. This will definitely be my new go to shop thanks Damon!!

While they do have a large selection of juice and the sales person seemed to be fairly knowledgeable. I had a coupon that their mailing list had sent me, and they guy said he applied my coupon to the order. By the time I got outside and noticed the coupon wasn't applied, there was nothing they would do, because there are no refunds, on anything, for any reason. Seems like a great bait and switch. There are so many other vape shops out there.... Choose a different place to shop

I've been fortunate enough to work with Brandon every time I've been here however other employees seem to be just as helpful and knowledgeable than any other vape shop I've been to in years past. Great customer service, high quality products with reoccurring deals. Oh yeah, and they have a huge free arcade shooter in store at the customers convenience! 5* no doubt.

Great deals but sometimes slightly higher prices then other places. The place where I got my first vaporizer gave me trouble so I started coming here for everything. When it came time to replace it I got one just as good for half the price. I like when they send you 20 percent off coupons and stuff in your email. Also, when you go in there five times they give you ten dollars off of your purchase no matter how big or small.
