We hired Ivory Sky to do our wedding in July and it was the best decision we ever made. They were top notch and they saved our reception as a bonus. Allen and his team were easy to communicate with, they always got back to us right away and they never made us feel like we were a burden in fact they asked for feedback. Our video and photos are absolutely stunning. As a side note there would not have been any music at our reception if it wasn't for Allen who happened to have the adapter we needed. He wouldn't even let us give him money for it. I would recommend ISM to anyone looking for a photographer or videographer. Just check out some of their videos on vimeo. You'll be blown away. This review is far over-due! Get it all - ISMs videography & photography package is the only way to go! We didn’t realize how often we would watch and share our wedding video with our loved ones. We lost our blu-ray during a move in 2020 and Allen helped us get a brand new copy with the same level of kindness and professionalism as the team had on our wedding day. It was such a pleasure working with Allen and Ivory Sky Media. They came HIGHLY recommended by a friend of mine who had previously used their services. Allen was very responsive to my inquiry to have a slideshow montage put together for a celebration of my mother's life. In fact, he contacted me the SAME DAY I sent my inquiry. After we spoke, he quickly got to work on the slideshow and stayed in close communication throughout the project. Allen was very professional, thorough and detailed during the planning and he captured the vision our family had for the slideshow montage, down to the selection of songs! When I couldn't come up with a song to use, Allen stepped right in and helped! The pricing for the slideshow was more than reasonable for the quality of product we received. In the end, Allen and Ivory Sky Media created a beautiful keepsake that our family will always cherish and treasure for years to come.

Poor customer service in trying to get my deposit back! The company breached a verbal agreement and cant deliver us what was promised at time of signing and now refuses to refund our deposit!

If i can make zero stars i would!
