Great family friendly environment. Good variety of games, old and new, and bingo (+18). The rest is +21. Staff friendly, parking close to resort. Only complaint is location. Not hard to look past with all JRC has to offer.

This is our second time coming up to the RV park and casino this year and we already have our next reservations made.

The RV park is VERY clean. It was quiet and peaceful during our time in November, but a little music could be heard during the day if you were outside back in August. Nothing disrespectful and the volume was respectable as well.

The view of hills and trees is absolutely gorgeous! I brought a decent set of binoculars with us this trip, and we took turns finding all the houses hidden in the tree covered hills. That was a tip for you. 😉

We didn't get a chance to check out the pool or putting green either time, but I'll do my best to the next trip.

The casino is your typical casino. Smoke and people. It is clean, though. They also have a self-serve beverage station which was nice.

Obviously, I can not rate the rooms since we were staying in out travel trailer so I can't you there.

The rooms are extremely spacious. Two queen size beds with room for two more beds they wanted to. So much floor space. I felt like I should be dancing.
Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. Best part about the hotel is that the doors do not have those Auto closing hinges that slam doors closed at the very end. Not only is it quieter but also much easier for somebody who is handicap or elderly and has a hard time keeping those doors open.
The room was very quiet. We didn't hear another guest. Both nights we were there. Staff were extremely helpful and nice.
Even though the hotel is smoke-free, the casino is full of smoke. Ironically, you have to walk through the smoking section to get to the non-smoking gambling section if you want to do such a thing. Both restaurants inside the casino are filled with smoke, so if you don't smoke, you aren't going to be eating anywhere at the property. You'll have to drive down Jackson to get something smoke free.

This review is for Margaret’s Cafe. After playing some slots, my wife and I had a meal at Margaret’s. The food was great and excellent customer service! Our server Julie made us feel very welcomed and that just topped it off.

This review is for the casino and Pacific Grill. My husband and I had a pretty good lunch. He had a burger. I had the noodle bowl with chicken and wontons. Big portions. We hit the casino after lunch. He had good luck and walked away a few hundred up. I did not have the same luck but enjoyed the variety of slots. My only complaint was that many of the machines I wanted to play would not take my voucher. We had fun though and will return soon.

It was OK. We have never been and probably will never go back. Not that it was horrible, just not that memorable. I loved that the Xmas decos were still up, they did a great job- beautiful. Now doe the mediocre, the staff at check in. Nothing special, ignored us when we walked up because they were in the middle of something. Nothing special rude, not what I would call "nice" either. The beds- extremely hard, but rooms were clean and quiet. Was a slow time of year though.
Now the bad, the walk to the casino from hotel, you take your life in your hands. We were almost run over every time we walked across pedi crossing areas- NO one stops and they speed! Poor design as cars are coming around the corner and then don't stop. They will change it when someone gets killed. Now the casino- wow, so much smoke it is completely unbearable! We had lunch at Margrets cafe, open concept and the smoke in the restaurant was ridiculous! The food, YUCK! Now the bakery right outside, was amazing. Fresh pastries to die for. Now the better part of our visit, Lone Wolf Steak House. Yummmmm! No smoke, closed off from casino. Food spectacular, service amazing. The only mediocre part, was the booth we sat in was right in the line of walking traffic and it was extremely uncomfortable seats. Bottom line, if we didn't live over an hour away, we would visit just the Lone Wolf and have dinner. Other than that, no reason the us to visit. We have Red Hawk closer, and food at Henry's is just as good and the restaurants are downstairs in the no smoking areas.

We went yesterday, and it was soooooo smoky. Do yall not even have a working filtration system? It's dark, dingy, crappy machines that have went up in price. No wonder ppl are going to other casinos. Your casino is dirty, and out dated. Yall get enough money so maybe put it into ur nasty smelling dark dirty casino. Never will i go back

We have been coming here for over 8 years. This is the 1st time the front desk clerk was extremely rude. We asked for an early check in or at least pool access when making the reservation. No problem they said. Our daughter and grandkids were coming to visit us while we were in town. Upon arrival, she said you are too early to check in. I explained that they said no problem but she obviously had a problem with it. She said I went ahead and gave you a room. Gee thanks. The room was a big wall in front of us. No view. Nothing. So boxed in. We have stayed here on numerous occasions. This was very disappointing. Will probably not stay here again. Really to bad because it can be a nice place. Only takes one employee to ruin something for everyone.
