I am AMAZED at the products I received from JaxColor! I've worked with more than a few screen printers And vinyl companies and these are the best I've ever received. I had the pleasure of working with Amber and she had my Three Hastily drawn harebrained ideas in a usable format and ready to go after TWO emails! She was patient with me and helped source the shirt I specifically requested and listed several alternatives in case I changed my mind. On top of being able to source the shirts , she did it at a price that I wasn't able to come close to on my own.Pricing on production of these articles was also top notch , another printer was trying to gaff me for over twice the amount Amber quoted me for the EXACT same product and set up. The print quality is on par or better with any of the big name brand name graphic T-shirts you can pick up in Surf or Skate shops , not too thick , too thin or lifting on the edges! The vinyl sticker designs Amber fine tuned and printed turned out Sharp and crisp as the digital renders. The vinyl is the best quality I've seen after 30 years of sticker bombing every flag pole, bathroom and parked car in reach of my delinquency! I threw one on my cooler just to check em out before I start distribution of the designs and the viny is such good quality it looks EMBOSSED , no lifting , no curling or wrinkles and the adhesion is spot on. Those are not Cricuts that your mom made in her Kitchen , nor are they Cheap sheets that sacrifice quality for a few cents a foot, they're professional cut stickers that I'm proud to have my brandname associated with!

I've tried to use these guys multiple times throughout the years but it's always the same thing you have to chase them down to get them to do your work no follow-up calls broken promises call and speak with a manager and he'll simply put you back on the phone with an employee. This is ridiculous to have to chase someone down to give them your business

I've used these guys several times the work is decent but the communication and timing is horrible just went over to them a month ago to have several items made up shirts cards folders etc. Took them an example card after three proofs they still could not get it right and it has been a month that's just ridiculous. I called another company AlphaGraphics on Phillips highway they got the proof right on the second try had the cards the next morning 48 hour turnaround that's good business. Thank you AlphaGraphics

This is the second time I have done business here, this time they overcharged me $25 for some typing fee said it takes time to type. Even though it is them who made the mistake. I'm not happy. I want my $25 back or there is no more business from me.

Anyway, the black guy G is a cool guy here. Other stuffs are weird. If you want to do business here just talk to him.

My First Experience Was Awesome! I receive my fans The YEAR!!was wrong it was 2020 and it was supposed to be 2022 which I see where that was my mistake but I believe that a person that value their customers and value of their business that they would have even said something to me is that the date you really want I don’t even know how I missed print that but that part was my fault but the part that I don’t like is being a business person is they did not bring that to my attention that part will lead me to never go back to them again and I my first time doing business with them probably doesn’t mean anything lose one customer oh well when I had my business I never want to lose not even one customer we all make mistakes and I made that one but my grandchildren graduated and I’m Happy there Happy. We as people Need to do better by one another! I spent my money there and I got no attempt to even try to accommodate me at all she felt she did not owe me anything but God!

JaxColor is the best! I came in to town for a conference and needed a banner for an exhibit. JaxColor answered any and all of my questions and even sent me pictures of real examples to ensure that I was getting exactly what I had in mind since I could not come in to their store. They worked with me to make sure that everything was in order and that the process was as smooth as possible. As someone coming a long way away and having to coordinate multiple things in a short period of time, the peace of mind I got from working with them was invaluable.

The banner they made for me was beautiful and done VERY quickly (took only one day). Not only that, but their pricing was much better than a handful of other places I looked at.

Last, some unexpected news came up requiring me to change the banner design at the very last minute. JaxColor worked with me to fix this problem, got the banner ready in time, and even personally delivered it to me.
