Don't do it! JBS will take your money. Will not provide tracking number, wont answer the phone, wont respond to emails, JBS hides from the BBB in west virginia. 7 months and counting! Thank James 👎

Ordered a clutch spring Dec 19 2024. They charged my card $50.96 promptly and here I sit after contacting them about not receiving the spring two weeks ago February 1, 2025 without receiving the spring they TOOK THE MONEY FOR. Unless you live in West Virginia where you can reach out and touch these guys I recommend not doing business with JBS. Had to pick a star to post there is no choice for zero.

Sent my primary in to JBS to have my rollers replaced and they went above a beyond not only did he change the rollers but he also changed the clutch weights which did NOT need replaced and I had just purchased them from him bout 3 months ago but since the rollers were so bad he went ahead and changed them anyway so he basically warrantied a set of good weights with new ones. He had also found a bad roller pin and was kind enough to replace it for me as well. JBS performance has my full support and 100% of my business from here on out. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

I bought a primary and secondary clutch from this company. After I had ordered I started reading these reviews and got worried that I may have made a mistake. That wasn’t the case and I was actually able to speak to an actual person several times and she was nothing but nice. When I received my clutches they were packaged very well. I’d say if you are on the fence go off what ppl say about them on their Facebook page.

If you are wanting the best in the business go with JBS!! I couldnt be any happier with JBS!! JBS is a stand-up company!! Had my Teryx clutches modified and only got 3 miles before I had the infamous secondary blow apart. It also took out my clutch housing. While talking with James about it he informed me that Kawasaki was covering secondary issues with "good faith, part replacements" even though it was past the normal 3 yr warranty. I had to go thru a certified Kawasaki tech (dealership) to get the work done. While it was at the dealership the primary clutch was left out and ended up with a good bit of water damage. I finally got my Teryx back and sent clutches back in to JBS so they could shim the new secondary and look over the primary. James looked out for me, realizing I didn't even get a full ride on my initial modified clutches. He did what he is the best at and took care of my clutches for me. Can't thank JBS enough!!

Really not very satisfied with their service. I have called for three days over 30 times and nobody ever answers the phone and their answering machine is always full so you cannot leave a message. I purchased $600 worth of parts and two weeks later still have not seen anything. Received an email seen a tracking number. Anything? This is not how you do business. I don’t understand if they have a good product why they will not hire people to answer a phone or at least hire people competent enough to answer a phone or send emails.

I own a 22 krx with over 6000 miles on it and have used multiple different brands clutch parts and can say that jbs set up is the best. Smooth take off and power all through the rpms. There customer service is spot on every question ive asked has been answered even before i bought there clutch. Definitely be doing more business with them.
