Branden Kado really listens to, and takes time for, his small business clients.

We worked with Branden Kado for small business coverage, and also worked with Kado Insurance for other insurance needs. Branden has always been the very pinnacle of helpfulness, clarity, patience, professionalism and kindness. I cannot say enough good things about Branden. He always made every situation work for us, on time, and seamlessly. Things which seemed very challenging to me, were always cut down to manageable size by Branden - He always knew what to do about every challenge. needed to get signed up quick and Amanda Webb answered all my questions, and totally helped me get signed up for Marketplace health insurance. We qualified for discount so I was happy with pricing. Amanda was the only employee I interacted with, professional and friendly.

I have been with Kado and Associates for 20 years for home, auto, etc. I was always told I had top of the line coverage. I actually had a claim worst experience ever. Coverage is not what I thought Branden Kado sold me. Branden sure knows how to sell insurance and talk the talk but does not understand the policy he is selling! I was sold Erie Insurance if you have this RUN it is terrible! I never write reviews but I don't want anyone else to have the problems I am having with my claim.

Deciding between Kado Progressive insurance and the other Progressive agent in town. The receptionist, Georgene (spelling?) was very rude to me. She kept making sideways glances and faces to the other rep who was present when I asked questions. Very judgmental and condescending body language from her.
