Die bestellte Schlange traf zeitnah bei uns ein und unser Sohn liebt diese Schlange. Die Verarbeitung ist auch gut. Nur leider habe ich versäumt die Rechnung rechtzeitig zu zahlen (ist im Alltag, mit zwei Kindern, untergegangen). Die nette Erinnerung folgte dann gleich durch ein Inkasso-Unternehmen. Und da finde ich es wirklich sehr schade, dass man keine Zahlungserinnerung erstmal verschickt. Dieser Umgang wirkt für mich sehr befremdlich und ist nicht schön. Die Gebühren von ca. 24,50euro bis zu über 50 Euro haben mich ehrlich gesagt geschockt. Es soll natürlich nicht vergessen werden rechtzeitig zu bezahlen aber leider kann das mal passieren. Aus diesem Grund gibt es ja die Möglichkeit von Zahlungserinnerungen, die für mich zu einer guten Serviceorientierung gehören.
