The loss prevention are very unprofessional racist and rude. They act as if they are real police officer. They take there job too serious. They disrespect whom ever they think are shoplifting. Without any evidence they go by assumption will never shop at this store ever again they will get karma sooner or later I believe in that for sure.

While the Kohl’s is pretty nice, the Sephora inside (where I made a purchase) is pretty terrible. No one offered help, I couldn’t find anything, associates were sitting on the floor swearing at each other. And the person at the checkout typed their own email address instead of mine to get the loyalty points! Really gave me a bad impression of Sephora.

There is never a line in kohl's even during Christmas time. Whenever I have a return it's very easy. The store is nice and clean and the cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Kohl's needs to do better. Went with my dad to try on slip on Skechers shoes. My dad's mobility is to/from the car with a cane, but he isn't strong enough to get a wheelchair or walker in or out of a vehicle, so he doesn't have one. Usually carts are okay for him to maneuver, but after a hospital stay, he is very weak.

We asked if they had a little scooter for him to use since they have an ADA placard on their store window. No motorized scooters like target and walmart and every other department store? Ok cool, we can use the ONLY wheelchair they have in store. .... Except it doesn't have FOOTRESTS? They looked at me like I was crazy for asking for footrests. My dad has limited feeling of his feet, and would not be able to raise them off of the ground by himself. If you're going to provide an ADA accessible piece of equipment, make sure it's functional. No footrests = unusable piece of junk.

Also zero benches in the store except for the one tiny one in the shoe section, my poor dad almost collapsed on the ONE bench provided OUTSIDE of the store doors. Not ADA accessible despite their little placard on the store window.

PS, what's with not labeling your items with prices? I had to find a sales associate to scan a barcode to check the price. What a weird way to run a store.

This is about online ordering, not this store. Dumb website for some reason split my order into half-ship-to-home and half-store-pickup, and this cannot be modified after 15 minutes has elapsed! This kind of thing is what drives people to the evil squid Amazon, which functions perfectly.

I was in need for some slides for my husband and we found some really comfy ones, however they had no tag. SHOUTOUT to a young lady name Jasmine, she helped us right away and we were able to purchase those slides.

I love love love Kohl’s. It’s one of the best stores I’ve known all these 19 years I’ve been here in the USA. Cheers to more years Kohl’s! God bless.
