I have been doing business with Kontney Computer for years. They are very skilled and knowledgeable. Any issues I may experience, I call in and they promptly resolve them with their remote support service. I can’t speak highly enough of Kyle and Carmen. Liz is great as well. Their customer service is five-star. I highly recommend using Kontney Computers in Big Bend, WI.

Amazing customer service! Employees are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to help with any questions or issues you may have. Kyle goes out of his way to meet his customers needs. On top of that, he is above broad, meaning he will always give you his honest opinion whether it's in his financial best interest or yours. Business men of his caliber are hard to come by these days. Kontney is by far the best computer company I have ever worked with! There has never been an issue that they couldn't fix! They are SO knowledgeable, fast turn around time and so caring about what I actually need and what the needs are of our business. When buying equipment they have excellent prices. Never try to sell you something you dont need.

Kyle Kontney arrived on time and was very thorough in diagnosing our problem, which we originally believed was with our router. When he determined the problem was our smart TV, he did not charge us for his visit, despite our efforts to pay him for the service call. Kyle Kontney lives by his business model, which is to “provide friendly, reliable services at a fair price”. We trust Kontney Computer Group to address all of our computer needs.

We've been using Kontney for all our hardware, software and networking needs for 10 years. Their prices are fair, their knowledge and service level are outstanding. I don't hesitate to call them for ANYTHING computer related.

This place has no business serving any community. The absolute worst customer service and dubious quality of work at best. I was charged for work that was never done. Their prices are absolutely insane and what they say they do, they don't. For example, I was missing several drivers on my computer that they supposedly updated. I paid $120 for them to push the update button, delete some temp files. Really? That's absurd. That's price gouging. Stay away, find a new IT service provider. You'll be glad you did.

I have had good experiences with Kontney. I bought a laptop a few years ago and was happy with the service. I recently took my older iMac in to be wiped. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they would buy it for resale.
