Just bought a printer from a small local business called computers for you they were so kind and answered all of our questions. We needed ink and they didn't have any so they referred us to another local business called Krieger printing & office. Excited about our purchase we drove there right away. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by a woman who seemed to be irritable. We explained we were looking for ink for our new printer. Keep in mind we've never owned one prior and were unsure how this works. All we knew is it was an hp office jet. She was very rude and impatient when we were trying to give her the details on our printer at the top of our heads and explained we had our printer in the car all we needed help with was to find out what we were looking for to find the specific ink. We were very patient but both felt like we were being treated poorly for not knowing the specs of our newly purchased printer. Instead of potentially causing problems by pointing out her behavior. we took the high road and our money else where. It my first time there and will be my last time. I'm sure it's a great place especially if they get referred by competing businesses. It was Just an issue with a specific employee.

Went there to do business. Checked web site for business hours. I drove 20 miles to get there and business was not open and advertised time. Very disappointing.
