So tired of getting a paper that is delivered soaking wet. This morning it was jammed into a snow packed box... no plastic bag. What's the point... unreadable. Again and again.... this happens. 2-13-19
So, here we are a week later and the paper has been delivered soaking wet 3 more times... unreadable... can't wait till our subscription runs out... 2-20-19
Frozen lump of unreadable

Extremely difficult to cancel a subscription with long wait times and rude customer service reps

Wow - if I could give zero stars I would. I subscribed for $30 a month on Feb 28th. Guess how many papers I have received since then? 1..1 paper!! I have called & e-mailed so many times my head could spin - and every time I am told, I promise you will get your paper this weekend. Weekend comes and no paper. I could literally scream. At this point, I just want my money back. Tried calling today and the automated number just keeps cutting me off. Save yourself the money and the headache - just to to KT in the morning and get it yourself, will save you a lot more time!

To me they are aggressive towards subs like me....you are 3mos. Until EXP date & they said we ran out. We had to produce bill, pd. ck. #, and dates to get them to continue us For what we PAID FOR ALREADY. The news is sparse in the papers & TV online reads are as numerous and quality.

Keep getting promised the district manager will b notified of lack of delivery of Winona Daily News. Told will get additional days for non-delivery. Called back the next day to complain that no paper....then promised 2 free weeks on top of missed 6 days. If no delivery tomorrow then definitely canceling and getting it from KT store.

The billing department is HORRIBLE. The lied about their pricing and they are rude. Plus, you can hardly understand any of them! Canceling my paper today.

We used the Tribune in my Middle School's English class to edit and correct grammar and spelling. In HS they totally screwed my DECA class over, and I'll never forget the jerk who did it - his name was Don Johnson, just like the actor.

The concert critic Geri Parlin hated rock music and would rip every single show.

Local sports was a joke, they'd cover it but mix names scores and placement on a regular basis. Every single time I won a race at My La Crosse they'd credit another skier, sometime a skier that didn't even race that day.

If you are in La Crosse you will be better off with a Saint Paul, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, or Madison paper. Skip the La Crosse Tribune.
