Made an appointment here to get my lashes done before my wedding in a few days because this place had so many positive reviews. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early and rang the doorbell and no one answered after 5 minutes so I tried again. I rang about 3 more times in the next 20 minutes and no one ever answered the doorbell. The door was locked, I called the business 3 times and no one ever picked up. I’m very disappointed as my wedding is in 3 days and I won’t have time to get them done anywhere at this point 🙂 Beware if you’re booking an afternoon appointment, they may or may not even be there 👍

I met Kellie from Lash Factor Studio last year at LashCon and I must say, she has been a true gem. From being able to speak with her one on one at the conference to her inviting me to Arizona for a 3 day lash training, I am so grateful to have met her. The lash training was informative, hands on, and fun! I thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to waking up each day and coming to class. The lash kits provided were jammed packed and Kellie’s constant support was unmatched. The LFS Academy is amazing and anyone who values learning about lashes, and business, should invest in training with Kellie.
