After spending 12k on advertising with these people, my wife and I are horribly disappointed. Not only did they not answer their phones when we called, they lied in a response. Let’s look at the lies:

1.) The publisher Ashely did not return my call right afterwards it was days later and I can share the phone records as proof. The main line also consistently went to voicemail, regardless of what time we called during operating hours. It is ok to admit when you’re wrong, but lying about it to cover it up is unacceptable.

2.) We paid LifeRich publishing who I would imagine is paying them. Thus they are being paid by money from us in one way or another. They don’t work for free.

3.) They secured two book reviews, meaning they send my book to people to read, not several. Please don’t exaggerate to make it look better. Sending emails to a database is a copy and paste anyone can do. Again not worth $12K.

We understand our publicist was on the phone when you called, and she returned your call right afterward.(not true see above) As a reminder, no funds have been exchanged between you and LAVIDGE. (You are getting paid by money we spent in one way or another. Additionally, as discussed with you, we secured several opportunities for you soon after launching your campaign. (2 book reviews not several) We are surprised to hear you are disappointed; we wish you well with your future endeavors. (How can you be surprised when you charge so much for so little.)

I am a new business in Scottsdale AZ. I called Lavidge to see what they can do for me. I was sent to someones voicemail and i left a very detailed message. 24 hours have gone by and still no call back. I just called back and whoever answered the phone was all annoyed and sounded like she was on her cell phone and i interrupted her. She then went on and made excuses about why they are not getting back to me. First impressions are important. If this is how they handle new customers i am shocked they are still in business.
