Horrific! We started our campaign 7 months ago, paying $365 monthly for online SEO, web design, and optimization, and an additional $35 monthly for print media. The salesperson assured us that we would see great results from this campaign, but so far, we haven't received a single lead, email, or call. I had to personally make all the changes to the generic website they put together for us. It was a bland, uninspiring site full of clipart and stock photos that seemed hastily assembled.

As for the print advertising, I signed up in March, and the deadline was the end of September to finalize the ad. Fortunately, I reached out to them just two weeks before the final deadline, and they sent me one of the worst ads I’ve ever seen—just some words copied and pasted from the website with no graphics or personalization. It was a joke. So, I created my own ad and sent it to their 'team' to improve and make it more visually appealing. They couldn’t even give me a response! Now, we’re past the deadline, and I'm likely stuck with the subpar ad they put together, which is simply text from the website.

This has been, by far, the worst business decision I have made. I highly recommend anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere. Years ago, I had an outstanding sales rep, John Moore, who was professional, efficient, and ensured I was satisfied. In contrast, this current sales rep made big promises of great outcomes but failed to deliver on every single one. By the end of this campaign, I will have spent over $4,000, and more than halfway through, I haven't seen any results. It’s so disappointing that businesses like this exist, making grand promises but delivering absolutely nothing in return.

I am attaching a copy of the subpar ad they put together for us—take a look for yourself; it's a disgrace. Then compare it to the one I sent them (dark background). I did all the work (which was very easy just using ChatGPT), and all they needed to do was simply use the example I provided, but even that was too much work for them.

Switching over to Hearst was super beneficial for our company! Jackie, Jamie and the team are awesome to work with. They are so attentive to their customer's wants and needs. Our website looks amazing and drives clients to our business. Plus they are open to change at any time, with Insite and creativity. Their social media team is awesome to work with as well. I especially love their monthly meetings to recap progress and tweak anything that may need change. They are on top of everything so I only have to worry about managing our business. I highly recommend working with them - especially Jackie and Jamie!

Localedge is a scam!! They take your money and don’t do anything what they promised at the beginning!
Make sure you read people’s experiences before you hire them!!
We stopped using them after half of a year, and they still bill us for the other half , where they don’t do anything! They wickedly make you sign a paper, then , at the end, when you a free to decide what to do, they hang a contract on you, saying you owe them money!!
The worst experience, the trickiest people there!
Stay away from them!!
Stop sending us bills!! We have told you - we didn’t not receive jobs, we can’t afford paying you!!

This company uses unethical sales and contract tactics and they will intimidate small businesses by sending false invoice for thousands of dollars. We signed for SEO and online marketing and every month we saw no progress while we were charged thousands of dollars. After terminating the service we were still invoiced for thousands of dollars despite no contractual agreement. Stay away from this company
